• October 2007 - Acquires assets of Communications Advantage LLC, and Web-Breeze Networks, LLC, including a 350 Square Mile Wireless Broadband Network and over 1400 customers.

• May 2006 - Purchases Telenational Communications, Inc., doubling revenues and customer accounts. All operations integrated into single operating headquarters in Omaha, NE.
