If
your company takes international inbound
customer service calls, DTI can set up
“Business Link” that will allow customers
to call your offices in SA, without having
to pay for the call. The bill is paid
by the company that signs on with DTI,
and calls are charged at our competitive
rates.
There are no additional charges for this
service other than paying for the calls.
Should you wish to have the same 0-800
number in each country, DTI can also set
that up, but with an application fee of
US$160 per number. It is exactly the same
service that we use in our own customer
service centre, where our customers have
the convenience of calling toll-free to
speak to our customer care agents.
