NOTE: Your Phone number and password will arrive with your device

Your Rapid Link Adapter will arrive pre-configured to run on your network. Please check to make sure that your Rapid Link device has arrived with the following contents:
a. The Rapid Link Device unit b. Ethernet cable c. SPA-2100 Quick Guide d. 5 Volt Power Device

You will also need: a. One or Two analog touch tone telephones. b. High Speed Internet service
1. Insert your Ethernet cable (included) in the PC port of your Rapid Link Device.
2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable into your PC/laptop where your internet cable would normally go.
3 Insert your Internet cable into the WAN port on your Rapid Link Device
4. Insert a standard telephone cable into the Phone 1 port
5. Connect the other end of the telephone cable into an analog telephone set. (Repeat for 2nd line if applicable)
6. Insert the power plug into the 5V power device cable receptacle. Ensure that the power device jack is snugly attached to the Rapid Link Device.
7. Insert the plug end of the power device into a live power outlet

Voice Mail Set up

Dial *8# on your phone - Default password is 1234#
To set up your greeting and change your password press 3
In the next menu
Press 1 to change your Voice mail greeting
Press 2 to record your Name greeting
Press 3 to change your password.
