Soft Phone Installation

To download and install the softphone click here.

The installation wizard will help you install this software.
Once completed it will ask you for your account number and password.
This will be provided to you in your package or contact customer care.

Then click OK

Last step is to set up your Audio.
The Audio wizard will help you with this process.

 

Voice Mail Set up

Dial *8# on your phone or click the envelope icon
on your softphone - Default password is 1234#
To set up your greeting and password press 3
In the next menu
Press 1 to change your Voice mail greeting
Press 2 to record your Name greeting
Press 3 to change your password.
